摘 要:为了解决仓储中物料的数量检测与监管问题,提出了一种基于空间编码的仓储储量测量方法。该方法通过建立两种基于空间编码的仓体标识模型,分别进行仓体的初始化图像和实测图像采集,结合图像处理技术,应用角点检测与图像配准等算法在数据处理后分辨出图像的特征信息,依据物料体积算法实现了仓储体积储量的智能检测。实验验证了该测量方法的可靠性,而且具有低成本、高效、算法简单等特点。In order to solve detection and regulation problems of materials quantity in warehousing, a novel method for reserves measurement based on spatial encoding is proposed. It is designed by marking identifications inside warehouse based on spatial encoding, mainly for two common storage model built. The initialized image and actual measured image about the wall inside warehouse are acquired. Combining image processing technology, it is achieved by applying corner detection and image registration algorithms with data processing, to recognize characteristic information from the two photographs. Then the materials~ volume reserves are calculated to accomplish intelligent detection in warehouse according to volume algorithms. The simulation experiment results confirm that this method is feasible in applied measurement, and it has the merits of low cost, simple algorithm and high efficiency.
