摘　　要：方圆坯铸机投产初期钢水可浇性较差,钢水变流及水口堵塞频繁,单中包连浇炉数低。结合生产实际,从理论分析并结合炼钢及精炼设备状况及工艺特点,进行生产工艺、技术攻关,提高了钢水可浇性,确保了产品质量和降低了生产成本,取得了明显的效果。Billet casting machine can pouring molten steel during the initial production is poor, the molten steel flow and nozzle clogging change frequently in a single package the low number of continuous casting furnace. Actual production ,from the theoretical analysis and combining steel and refining equipment sta- tus and process characteristics, production processes, technology research, improve steel can be poured, ensuring product quality and reduce production costs, and achieved significant results.
