摘 要:摘要迁钢1号高炉新增热风炉工程,克服场地小、时间紧、管系复杂等困难,综合使用CFD仿真计算、CAESARII管系分析、三维协同设计等先进的设计研究手段,集成应用了助燃空气高温预热,大功率陶瓷燃烧器,蓄热室优化设计,无过热低应力管系等先进技术。投产后,热风温度稳步提升,年节约焦炉煤气9.0×10^7Nm^3。In the construction of the new hot blast stove project for Blast Furnace No. 1 of Qian Steel, difficulties including narrow construction site, tight schedule, complicated piping systems etc. have been overcome, advanced design and research means including the CFD simulative computation, the CAESAR II piping system analysis, the 3-D collaborative design etc. haven been adopted, and various advanced technologies including the high-temperature preheating of combustion air, the high-power ceramic burner, the optimized design of heat storage unit, the no-overheating and low-press piping system etc. have been integrated and applied. Ever since the commissioning of the project, the hot blast temperature increased smoothly, with an annual saving of coke oven gas of 9.0 ~ 107 Nm^3.
