摘 要:摘要非接触式供电RGV采用非接触供电技术,供电电缆埋在地下,可很好解决由于环境、运输距离长以及接触磨损所引起安全和维护等相关供电问题。将非接触通讯和定位技术应用于RGV上,再配以完备的安全保护系统,可实现非接触供电RGV在露天、复杂工况下的长距离全自动稳定运行。因此在冶金、仓储、物流等各种重载物流领域有很好的应用前景。应用实例表明,具有全自动运行功能的非接触供电RGV运行可靠,使用效果良好。A Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) receiving the power from the Contactless Power System (CPS) in which the electric cable is buried underneath the ground can give a good solution for the electric supply problems caused by environment, long transfer distance and wear in the traditional contact power supply manner. Equipped with the all-round safety protection system and adopt the contactless communication and location technique the RGV can run longer distance in the open air or in more complicated environment automatically and smoothly. For these reasons the contactless power supply RGV has a bright future to be applied to various fields of heavy-load transportation such as the metallurgy, storehouse storage and logistics fields, etc. An example of this kind of RGV which has powerful automatic function illustrates that it is running very well.
