摘　　要：摘要加热炉液压系统的运行状态直接关系到整条生产线是否能稳定运行。以首钢水钢加热炉液压系统为例从系统泵站的组成结构（泵站、阀台、电控系统）、设置关键、步进梁调试进行详细介绍，阐述比例液压系统设置和调试关键，分享系统设置和现场调试的个人体会，与同仁一起探讨。The operating status of the furnace hydraulic system is directly related to whether the entire production line and stable operation. As an example, introduction will be detailed in the structure for the heating furnace hydraulic system （pump station, valve station, electric control system）, setup and commissioning of walking beam, setup and commissioning of the proportional hydraulic system in Shougang Shuigang steel plant. Here, it will be shared my experience on system settings and site commissioning.
