摘 要:目的:研究生物转化性高GTF牛奶对糖耐量减低模型小鼠血糖的影响。方法:除正常对照组外,余组均采用腹腔注射D-半乳糖诱导小鼠IGT模型。正常对照组、模型对照组灌服等量生理盐水,高GTF活性牛奶组、普通牛奶组、富铬酵母组和二甲双胍组分别灌胃以配制好的相应溶液,每天1次,共42 d。比较各组对IGT小鼠血糖的干预作用。结果:各组空腹血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型对照组相比,二甲双胍组、富铬酵母组和高GTF活性牛奶组血糖上升率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与二甲双胍组相比,富铬酵母组血糖上升率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高GTF活性牛奶抑制IGT小鼠血糖升高的作用与二甲双胍相当,较普通牛奶、富铬酵母组明显增强。Objective:To observe the effects of bioconversional glucose to1erance factor (GTF) milk on glucose in mice with impaired glucose to1erance (IGT). Method:Normal saline of same dose was injected intraperitoneally and adminisr-trated intragastrically continuously for 42 days in normal control group. 500 mg/kg D-glucose was given intraperitoneally in other groups,once a day continuously for 42 days to establish IGT models. Prepared solutions were administrated intra-gastrically in high activity of GTF milk group,ordinary milk group,metformin group and rich chromium yeast group re-spectively. Glucose and glucose tolerance of mice were examined. Results:Compared with model control group,glucose tolerance was increased in metformin group,rich chromium yeast and high activity of GTF milk group(P〈0.05). Compared with metformin group,glucose tolerance was decreased in rich chromium yeast group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:High activity of GTF milk,ordinary milk,metformin and rich chromium yeast can antagonize D-gal-induced insulin resistance and im-prove IGT. The effect of high activity of GTF milk is similar to that of metformin and better than that of ordinary milk ,rich chromium yeast.
