默顿官僚制负功能思想述评

摘　　要：默顿在对传统功能主义进行批评的基础上,提出了诸如显功能、潜功能、负功能等新的学术概念,建立了新的功能主义分析范式。在承袭韦伯的官僚制结构的基础上,默顿利用理念型的方法论,从官僚制的内在结构对官僚制的负功能进行了开拓性的研究,并由此和韦伯共同奠定了经典的官僚制理论。文章首先探讨了默顿对传统功能主义的质疑,继而分析了默顿建立的新功能主义范式。在对默顿官僚制负功能思想的主要表现进行阐述之后,客观评析其思想,同时提出了在研究中国官僚制负功能时需特别注意的几个问题。On the basis of criticism of traditional functionalism, Merton puts forward some new academic concept, including manifest function, latent function and dysfunction, and sets forth his new functionalism paradigm. Merton uses ideal -type methodology, conducts a pioneering research of bureaucratic dysfunction, and establishes the classical bureaucratic theory with Weber. The paper firstly explores the Merton＇s criticism of traditional functionalism, and then analyzes his new functionalism. After dealing with Merton＇s bureaucratic dysfunction, the paper reviews his thought. Finally, the paper raises some question about analyzing Chinese bureaucratic dysfunctions.
