摘 要:目的按自身比例定位腓骨长肌、腓骨短肌的肌腹和神经入肌点,为临床提供形态学资料。方法采用大体解剖法解剖观察30具成人尸体的腓骨长肌、腓骨短肌,按自身比例定位其肌腹和肌神经入肌点的位置。结果①腓骨长肌、腓骨短肌的肌腹中线均位于腓骨头前缘最突起处至外踝后缘与下缘交界处的连线上;腓骨头前缘最突起处至外踝后缘与下缘交界处之间的距离(即腓骨前外侧长)为(32.56±3.15)cm。腓骨长肌、腓骨短肌的肌腹长分别占腓骨前外侧长的(91.21±5.46)%和(69.53±4.66)%。②腓骨长肌、腓骨短肌的神经入肌点分别距腓骨头前缘最突起处(4.94±0.86)cm和(11.00±1.31)cm。结论在痉挛性足外翻抗肌痉挛药物注射时,腓骨长肌、腓骨短肌的肌腹和神经入肌点自身比例定位可为临床操作者提供形态学资料。Objective This study aimed to provide the morphological data for clinical application of the peroneus longus and peroneus brevis by locating their muscle belly and motor entry point (MEP). Methods The peroneus longus and peroneus brevis were observed by Gross anatomy and their muscle belly and MEP were located in 30 cadavers. Results (i) The medial line of peroneus longus and peroneus brevis were on the line connecting the anterior border of fibular head with the posterior border of lateral malleolus. The mean length of a line between the anterior border of fibular head and the posterior border of lateral malleotus was 32.56 :t: 3.15 cm. The percentage of length of muscle belly of peroneus longus and peroneus brevis with the length of fibula were 91.21!5.46 % and 69.53-+-4.66 %, respectively. QThe MEP of the peroneus longus and peroneus brevis from the fibular head were 4.94±0.86 cm and 11.00±1.31 cm, respectively. Conclusion When injecting the drug for resist pes-valgus of muscular spasticity, our study could provide the morphological data for clinical operator in locating of the muscle belly and MEP of the peroneus longus and peroneus brevis.
