液压油污染度测量系统的分析与设计

摘　　要：对油液污染度的测量原理进行分析,利用单片机进行电信号的采集和处理,设计出一种液压油污染度在线测量系统,给出液压油污染度测量系统的组成及其工作原理。研究表明,该系统测量结果准确可靠,满足鉴定油液污染等级的要求,可用于油液污染度的现场在线监测,具有一定的推广应用价值。The measuring principle of oil pollution is analyzed in this paper. By using the single chip micro- computer to collect and process the electrical signals, an online measurement system for hydraulic oil contami- nation levels is designed. Meanwhile, the composition and working principle of the measurement system for hydraulic oil pollution is presented here. It is showed that the proposed measurement system is accurate and credible, meeting the requirement of identifying oil contamination levels, which can be used for the online mo- nitoring of oil contamination levels and has the application value for promotion.
