基于Logistic模型分析学生对实习酒店的满意度——以忻州师范学院为例

摘　　要：文章以忻州师范学院旅游管理专业学生在酒店实习情况的调查为依据,应用Logistic模型分析影响学生对实习酒店满意的因素,结果表明学生满意度与酒店星级、薪资及劳动时间相关.根据结果提出相关建议以激发学生实习积极性,保证实习顺利进行,从而提高实践教学质量.Based on the survey of students in hotel practice majoring in Tourism Manage-ment in Xinzhou Teachers College,analyze the factors which impact studentsr satisfaction to the hotel using logistic model, studentsr＇ satisfaction associated with hotel star, salary and labor time. Put forward the corresponding suggestion in order to improve the students enthusiasm, and en-sure the practice smoothly to improve the quality of teaching.
