软件人才全程实训培养模式的探索

摘　　要：针对软件行业普遍存在的"企业缺人才","学生就业难"的现实矛盾,在正常教学环节外,通过采用组建虚拟软件开发团队,让学生按角色全程参与软件开发的实训培养模式,解决学生实践能力弱,缺乏工程训练的问题。该培养模式具有针对性强、操作便利等特点,并有一定的创新性,能够提高学生的学习兴趣和教学质量,适应应用型人才的培养。In the software industry, the lack of talents is common for the enterprise and it＇ s hard for students to be employed.besides the normal teaching activities, by setting up the virtual software development team, the students can be trained by working as employees. Therefore, the students＇ practical ability and engineering training can be enhanced. This cultivating mode is not only targeted, easy to operate, but also innovative. Con- sequently, it will improve the students＇ interest in learning and teaching quality, and it also will adapt to the cultivation of applied talents.
