摘  要:目的:探讨超声引导下安珂活检系统在诊断和治疗乳腺局灶性病变中的疗效和安全性。方法我院自2011年1月至2013年6月共施行超声引导下安珂活检系统432人次,年龄16~82岁,平均40.6岁,病变大小范围5~67 mm,平均大小12 mm。所有诊断为非典型导管增生或乳腺癌的女性均给予外科手术。组织病理学诊断为良性病变的患者给予定期随访。结果在所有432例病变中,429例(99.3%)患者取得了足够的用于组织病理学检查的标本。342例(79.2%)被诊断为良性,7例(1.6%)被诊断为非典型导管增生,83例(19.2%)为恶性病变。389例(90.0%)直径小于15 mm的病变被完整切除。结论超声引导下安珂活检系统在诊断不同乳腺局部病变(包括不能扪及的病变)时具有高效性,是一种并发症较低的安全方法。对于直径小于15 mm的良性病变可完整切除。Objective To explore the value of Ultrasound-guided EnCor biopsy system in the diagnosis and treatment of breast focal lesions. Methods 432 EnCor biopsies were performed in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2013, mean age of the patients was 40.6 years (16-82 years)and size of the lesions ranged from 5-67 mm, mean size 12 mm. All women with diagnosed atypical ductal hyperplasia or cancer are qualified for surgery. the patients with histopathologically benign lesions were under regular follow-up. Results Samples sufficient for histopathological examination were obtained from 429 cases(99.3%). Of all 432 lesions, 342 lesions(72.2%) were diagnosed as benign. There were 7 cases (1.6%) of atypical ductal hyperplasia, 83(23.6%) malignant lesions. 389 lesions which less than 15 mm in diameter were totally removed by the EnCor biopsy system. Conclusion EnCor biopsy system obtained high efficiency of in the diagnosis of differential breast focal lesions, including impalpable ones. It is a safe method with a low complication rate. benign lesions with a diameter not exceeding 15 mm can be totally removed by the EnCor biopsy system.
