胰岛素抵抗评价方法及其干预手段的研究进展

摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗是指胰岛素作用的靶器官对胰岛素作用的敏感性下降,即正常剂量的胰岛素产生低于正常生物学效应的一种状态。目前被认为是代谢综合征发生发展的中心环节,与心血管疾病、慢性肾脏病等多种疾病的进展均有关联。胰岛素抵抗的临床及基础检查评价方法进展相对缓慢,目前确定性好又可操作的方法尚有待研发;近年各科积极着力于探索胰岛素抵抗干预方法,其手段主要涉及药物、饮食及改善生活方式等。在此对胰岛素抵抗评价方法及其干预措施研究进展进行综述。Insulin resistance （IR） is defined as reduced sensitivity of target organs to the biologic effects of insulin. Some people have suggested that IR is a major underpinning link between physical inactivity and metabolic syndrome. IR is a known complication of cardiovascular disease as well as chronic kidney disease. Although there are a number of methods to assess IlL controversy about how to make it accurately and easily still exists. The way of IR treatment involves drug therapy and non-drug therapy. The purpose of this review is to provide a overview of the measurements and treatments of IIL and to discuss the possible perspectives.
