摘  要:当前卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)作为脑卒中后常见的并发症越来越受到人们的关注,但是PSD的发病机制、病理定位、诊断标准等尚不明确,PSD患者极易被漏诊或误诊。近年来MRI技术飞速发展产生了一系列新的成像技术,它们可以从血流灌注、生理结构、生物代谢等方面反映大脑功能和结构的变化,并且具有无创性、无放射性、时间空间分辨率高、脑功能区定位准确等特点,在PSD的发病机制、病理定位、早期诊断及疗效评价等方面应用潜力巨大。Post-stroke depression (PSD) is a common complication after stroke, it gets more and more attention. The pathogenesis, pathology positioning and diagnostic standards of PSD are unclear. Patients with PSD are always easily missed or misdiagnosed. In recent years, the development of magnetic resonance imaging techniques is really rapid, and it produced a series of new imagine techniques. These new technologies have the characteristics of non-invasive, non-radioactive, high spatial and temporal resolution, accurate localization of brain functional area and other characteristics. They can reflect the function and structure of brain from perfusion, physical structure, biological metabolism and other aspects. Magnetic resonance imaging has great potential in plumbing the pathogenesis, pathology positioning, early diagnosis and treatment evaluation and other aspects of PSD.
