摘 要:自椎弓根螺钉应用于胸椎内固定手术,因其固定和矫形方面的独特优势,如今胸椎椎弓根螺钉内固定技术已得到广泛应用。由于胸椎解剖和比邻的特殊性与复杂性,胸椎置钉方法研究和改进一直是脊柱外科医师研究的重点,从早期的徒手置钉技术、X线影像辅助技术到现在的术中三维CT实时导航技术,极大提高了胸椎置钉准确率。本文就胸椎解剖特点、置入点选择及置入方法和相关的辅助技术进行综述。Since be applied in spine surgery, thoracic pedicle screw fixation has been found great acceptance among the spine surgeons as it can provide a powerful corrective force in the three-dimensional plane and require no brace following surgery. However, in consideration of complexity of thoracic vertebrae and adjacent structures, many surgeons have focused their studies on the improvement of screw placement. The free hand technique, X-ray assistive technology and computed tomography navigation technique have greatly improved the clinical accuracy of pedicle screw placement. In this review, we summarized the features of thoracic spinal anatomy, the screw placement technique and the relevant auxiliary technology.
