摘　　要：滤泡辅助性T细胞(T follicular helper cells,Tfh)是新近发现的CD4+T细胞亚群中独立的一类细胞,其主要功能是辅助B淋巴细胞产生高亲和力抗体,完成体液免疫应答的过程。Tfh标志性表达趋化因子受体5、可诱导共刺激分子、IL-21、B细胞淋巴瘤分子-6等分子。上述分子异常表达,可导致自身免疫性疾病的发生。现将近几年来有关Tfh细胞的研究进展及其在自身免疫性皮肤病发病机制中的作用综述如下。T follicular helper ceils （Till） are one of the newly defined CD4＊T helper subtypes, which provide help for the production of B cell high affinity antibody to achieve the humoral immune response. Tth highly express CXCR5, inducible co-stimulator （ICOS）, IL-21 and transcriptional repressor Bcl-6. The abnormal expression of those molecules can lead to autoimmune skin disease. In this article, Tfh＇s research advances and pathogenic role in autoimmune skin disease in recent years will be reviewed.
