摘　　要：肝脏双重动脉血供在临床中已成功应用于处理门静脉血栓形成以及辅助性肝移植等特殊情况,但其毕竟改变了正常的生理解剖关系,能否维持肝脏正常结构及功能、促进肝再生尚存在争议。本文综述肝脏双重动脉血供的应用现状及动物实验研究情况,并对今后的研究方向及应用前景进行展望。Liver dual arterial blood supply（LDABS） has been successfully used in the clinical treatment of portal vein thrombosis and auxiliary liver transplantation. However, LDABS changes the normal anatomy and physiology relationship, whether it maintain the liver normal structure and function, promote liver regeneration is still controversial. We will review the application staRls and animal studies of LDABS, and conduct future research directions and prospects.
