摘　　要：高校信息系统的规划及基于云计算的数据资源中心建设是未来业界的发展方向和主流思路。以西部高校信息系统目前存在的诸如意识淡薄、重复建设项目多且无规划、系统之间数据不能共享、教育质量落后等问题为例，从硬件、软件、虚拟运用等方面提出了基于云计算的解决方案，提出了“云教育”概念，从技术和实践操作层面建立统一的平台，以期建成校际甚至国际的大数据“云教育”平台。The programming of university information systems and the construction of data resource center based on cloud computing will be the industry trends. Problems just as consciousness, repeated construction projects, data not be shared between different systems and lower quality of education are existed in university information systems of Western Universities. We put forward the solution scheme to solve the hardware, software and virtual application problems, proposed a ＂cloud education＂ concept, planed to establish a unified tech-nical and practiced platform, in order to build a cloud education platform even among the international schools.
