高职计算机“双师型”教师评价体系构建研究

摘　　要："双师型"教师是高职院校对专业课教师的一种特殊要求,是高职教师队伍建设的特色和重点。对"双师型"教师进行有效的评价是重要的研究课题。针对高职院校计算机及相关专业的"双师型"教师特点,从学校培养和企业培养两方面对"双师型"教师评价体系进行构建,从成绩、产品、团队、市场等方面进行量化,将每个教师各个方面的指标值求和,即可得到教师最终的综合得分。It is a special requirement to make professional courses equipped with characterized ＂Double Qualifi how to Qualifi ed Teachers＂ in higher vocational colleges, which is of great importance. Therefore, it is worth studying take effective evaluation to the Double Qualified Teachers. Based on the characteristics of ＂Double ed Teachers＂ in computer departments of higher vocational - technical colleges, the paper makes a con- struction on the evaluation system from two perspectives： cultivation within college and enterprise. It discusses and makes a quantitative study on evaluation indexes in different ways. In the end, each index summation of each way, teachers＇ final composite scores can be achieved.
