摘　　要：客票制票机是铁路售票系统的关键设备， 被列入国家重大科技攻关项目。文中从铁路生产的不同使用环境对输出有价证券的严格需求和综合机电高科技产品的先进指标要求出发，系统地阐述了在ＺＴ型制票机样机研制中有关机器功能，机械结构，控制和检测电路，软件控制程序提高机器的稳定和可靠性能等方面的关键技术和设计思路， 并结合样机调试， 指标测定和现场试验， 对完善机器功能和立足批量投产的有关问题进行了分析和论证。Passenger ticket printer is a critical piece of equipment in railway ticket selling system.The research and development assignment for the printer is listed as one of the key tasks of the state.On the basis of the stringent demands for producing securities against different software environment and summing up the advanced technical requirements for high tech electro mechanical products,this article explains in a systematic manner the key technologies and the design concept involved in the research and development of a prototype printer regarding its function,mechanical construction,control and monitoring circuit,software control program,and the upgrading of its steady operation and reliability.The article also deals with some problems relating to the promotion of the printer′s functions and its batch production in the future in the light of testing and adjustment of the prototype,parameters measurement and on site trial use.
