摘 要:目的旨在加强宁波口岸新发或再发蚊媒传染病及其媒介生物监测与预防控制工作,为国际卫生港的创建奠定坚实的基础。方法利用SQLite Expert Professional 2.3等工具开发出智能EMS-MDV应急管理系统。结果通过本系统实时浏览宁波口岸2006年-2012年蚊媒传染病登革热、疟疾、流行性乙型脑炎历史资料,充分掌握当地蚊种组成、空间动态分布、带毒率概况、典型分类识别等信息。结论通过EMS-MDV管理系统及时探究当地蚊媒传染病暴发流行与媒介生物致病机制以及内在沟联,从而增强该地区新发或再发蚊媒传染病预警预测能力,开创宁波口岸蚊媒传染病及其传播媒介应急防控新局面。Objective To prevent and control the outbreak of emerging or recurrent mosquito - borne diseases and promote the establishment of international health port, based on the mosquito vector surveillance and epidemiological investigation. Methods The emergency management system for mosquito - borne diseases and vectors ( EMS - MDV) was developed with the aid of SQLite Expert Professional 2.3. Results This database contained the annual records of dengue, malaria, Japanese en- cephalitis and other mosquito -borne diseases between 2006 and 2012 at Ningbo port, displaying some important information of the population composition, spatial dynamic distribution, insect virus detection, typical key identification of native or Mien mosquito species, the transmitters of disease - causing pathogen. Conclusion EMS - MDV can help to explore the characteristics of mosquito - borne diseases, reveal the pathogenic mechanism and inherent relationship between infectious diseases and mos- quitoes, enhance the early warning and real time monitoring, so as to create a new prevention and control situation of emerging or recurrent mosquito - borne diseases at Ningbo international port.
