160例恶性疟疾患者红细胞和血小板参数变化及诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨常规血液检测中红细胞和血小板参数的变化在恶性疟疾感染疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法用ABX micros 60血细胞分析仪检测160例恶性疟疾确诊患者和160名健康对照者的RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT、MPV等红细胞和血小板的11项参数,并进行对比分析。结果恶性疟组RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、PLT、PCT和PDW等7个参数值均低于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组MCH、MCHC、RDW以及MPV 4项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将RBC、Hb下降以及PLT计数下降作为恶性疟疾感染诊断的辅助指标,将为疟原虫感染的诊断提供有价值的参考。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of red cell and platelets parameter changes in malignant malaria patients. Methods ABX micros 60 blood cell analyzer was used to detect the RBC, Hb, HCT, PLT, MPV and other parameters in 160 malignant malaria sufferers and 160 healthy controls, and the results were analyzed for comparison. Results The values of RBC, Hb, HCT, MCV, PLT, PCT and PDW in malignant malaria group were lower than those in control group, and the difference showed statistical signigicance（ P 〈 0.01 ）. While the MCH, MCHC, RDW and MPV showed no statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The decrease of RBC, Hb and PLT counts are the assistant signs in diagnosis of malignant malaria infection, it can also provide valuable reference for diagnosis of plasmodium infection.
