摘　　要：政治价值体系是意识形态的重要组成部分,既对现实政治活动具有价值引领作用,同时又依存于特定时期的政治实践乃至全部社会实践活动。当代中国社会的全面转型,尤其是政治变革,在客观上要求对政治价值体系予以重构,以期既能适应现实政治变革又能引领未来政治走向。然而,由于政治价值体系不同于一般意义的社会价值体系,拥有其特定内涵和特征,因此,在建构政治价值体系的过程中,最为关键的问题就是要确定其特有的建构原则。具体而言,这些建构原则包括政治性原则、底线性原则与历史性原则等等,它们共同构成一个有机的原则系统。The political value system,which is the important part of ideology,not only has the function of value guidance for the real political activities,but also has to rely on the political practice and even all social practice in specific periods. The overall transition of today's China,especially the political reform,demands to reconstruct the political value system to accommodate to the real political reform and guide the future political tendency. However,the political value system is different from the general social value system,has its own special meanings and features,therefore,the most important issue of political value system construction is to confirm the specific construction principles. Specifically speaking,these construction principles include political principles,bottom line principles and historical principles,which consist of an organic principle system.
