摘　　要：目的观察复方三七胶囊联合三棱针外治早期化脓性甲沟炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的59例患者,随机分成治疗组29例,对照组30例。治疗组先用三棱针点刺脓肿处后,外敷复方三七胶囊粉剂进行治疗,观察其临床疗效。对照组用三棱针点刺后,碘伏消毒处理进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果治疗组(治愈20例,有效9例,无效0例)优于对照组(治愈10例,有效8例,无效12例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方三七胶囊联合三棱针外治甲沟炎,可避免化脓拔甲的痛苦,疗效较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fufang Sanqi Capsule Combined with Triangle-edged Needle on early treatment of suppurative paronychia. Methods Patients with paronychia（ n = 59）were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 29）and the control group （n = 30）. The treatment group was treated with Triangle-edged Needle at the abscess point, and then scribbled with Fufang Sanqi Capsule. The control group was treated with Triangle-edged Needle, and disin- fected with iodine, effects of treatment were observed respectively. Results The treatment group （20 cases were cured, ef- fective in 9 cases, invalid in 0 cases） is better than the control group （10 cases were cured, effective in 8 cases, invalid in 12 cases）, which difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The treatment effect of Paronychia with Fu- fang Sanqi Capsule combining Triangle-edged Needle is superior to simple use Triangle-edged Needle treating and avoided pain of pulling nails.
