偏头痛中医药治疗进展

摘　　要：偏头痛为常见的一种原发性头痛。因其发病年龄范围广,症状痛苦,病程时间长,已严重影响了人们的生活和工作。至今,偏头痛的发病原因可能与遗传、饮食、精神、内分泌等有关,而其发病机制尚不十分清楚。西药治疗偏头痛疗效肯定但存有较多副作用。偏头痛的病因复杂,临床上对不同类型偏头痛进行辨证治疗尤为重要。目前辨证客观化与证侯演变规律的研究尚不足,对辨证论治尚需要进行客观化、标准化、规范化的研究。Migraine is a common primary headache. Because of its larger age range, the symptoms of pain and long- time course,it has a serious impact on people＇s life and work. So far, migraine may be associated with genes, diet, spirit, en- docrine. The pathogenesis of migraine is not very clear. Western medicine has eftlcacy, but it may cause many side effects. In view of its complex etiology, differential treatment for different types of migraine in clinic is particularly important. At pre- sent, we are lack of objective syndrome differentiation and evolution of syndrome. We still need to carry on objective, stan- dardize and normalized syndrome differentiation.
