不同方法对压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示胶带鉴定结果的影响

摘　　要：目的比较两种不同标准方法对压力蒸汽灭菌指示胶带的指示效果的影响。方法选择进口和国产压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示胶带产品,分别使用国际标准和中国标准的鉴定方法对其指示效果进行研究。结果进口产品采用ISO11140-1 2005的方法鉴定合格,采用中国2002年版《消毒技术规范》的方法鉴定不合格,国产产品采用两种标准的方法鉴定都合格。结论中国2002年版《消毒技术规范》关于压力蒸汽灭菌指示胶带的鉴定方法要比ISO11140-1 2005的要求更严格,更能保证指示经过灭菌处理的可靠性。Objective To compare the influences of two different standard methods on the indicating effect of pressure steam sterilization chemical indicator adhesive tape. Methods The imported and domestic pressure steam sterilization chemical indicator adhesive tapes were respectively selected and their indicating effects were studied with the identification methods using international standards and Chinese standards. Results The imported products were identified to be quali- fied using the method of ISO11140 -1 2005, but they were unqualified identified using the methods on Chinese ＂Technical standards for disinfection＂, edition 2002. The domestic products were all identified to be qualified using the two methods. Conclusion The identification method for the pressure steam sterilization chemical indicator adhesive tape on Chinese ＂ Technical standard for disinfection＂ is stricter than ISO11140 -1, 2005, which can guarantee the reliability of the indica- tion after sterilization.
