摘 要:目的了解食源性相关腹泻患者粪便病原体分布特点,为食源性疾病的诊断和防控提供指导。方法采用微生物培养和鉴定方法,对湖州市某医院2012年度肠道门诊接诊食源性相关腹泻患者的粪便标本进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果该肠道门诊全年共送检1 009例食源性相关患者粪便标本,分离到细菌122株,检出率12.09%。检出病原菌种类包括副溶血弧菌48株、气单胞菌28株、沙门菌19株,分居前3位;还检出类志贺邻单胞菌、志贺菌、霍乱弧菌及其他病原菌。结论湖州市食源性相关腹泻患者细菌病原菌种类繁多,以副溶血弧菌为主,气单胞菌次之,为临床诊断和有效防控提供了参考依据。Objective To know the distribution features of the fecal bacterial pathogens in food - borne diarrhea patients, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis, treatments and prevention of food - borne illness. Methods The microor- ganism culture and detection methods were used to detect the stool specimens from food - borne diarrhea patients who were treated in one hospital in 2012. Results 1 009 stool specimens were collected from patients who were treated in diarrhea outpatient clinic over the whole year. 122 strains of bacteria were isolated, the positive rate was 12.09%. The first three species were Vibrio parahaemolyticus (48 strains), J4eromonas (28 strains) and Salmonella (19 strains). Other bacteria such as Plesiomonas shigelloides, Shigella, Vibrio cholera etc. were also detected. Conclusion There are many species of pathogenic bacteria causing food - borne diarrhea in Huzhou. Among them, the V. parahaemolyticus is the most common food - borne bacteria and Aeromonas is the second. Our results provide scientific reference for the clinical diagnosis and ef- fective prevention and treatments.
