摘 要:中国铝业郑州研究院成功开发了一种新型浮选设备-无传动浮选槽,本文就该设备的工作原理及在浮选脱硅中的应用情况进行了介绍。工业试验及生产表明:无传动浮选槽通过高紊流状态强化细粒矿化过程,低紊流状态实现矿化泡沫与底流分离过程,降低矿粒脱落,提高回收率,是一种处理量大、结构简单、占用空间小、能耗低的高效浮选设备;无传动浮选槽可实现低品位铝土矿的正浮选脱硅,对铝硅比为4.35的原矿,精矿铝硅比为8.10,氧化铝回收率84.21%,比传统浮选机工艺节省药剂用量约30%、电耗降低约30%;对低品位铝土矿浮选脱硅生产应用具有较好的适用性,并取得良好的工艺技术指标:对铝硅比为3.05的原矿,精矿铝硅比为6.46,氧化铝回收率72.23%。Zhengzhou Research Institute of CHALC0 successfully developed a new flotation device - no transmission flotation cell. This paper introduces the operating principle of the device and the application in flotation desilication. Thetest results indicate that the new energy saving flotation technology a- dopts high turbulence state method to enhance fine particle' s mineralization, and low turbulence state method to realize separation process between miner- alized froth and tailings. The new technology can reduce abscission chance of concentrate to increase recovery rate. Lower height of flotation cell is used to realize coarse particle' s fast separation. This is a large handling capacity, simple structure, small floor space, high efficiency and energy saving flotation de- vice. The no transmission flotation cell to the low grade bauxite beneficiation test, the concentrate A/S is 8. 10 and the recovery of alumina is 84. 21% by flotation separation the raw ore which A/S is only 4.35. Compared with the traditional flotation machine,the new flotation device can save reagent use a- bout 30% ,reduce the power consumption of about 30%. The effect on the low grade bauxite has been studied in flotation process using the no transmission flotation cell. The concentrate with A/S 6.46 and the recovery of alumina is 72. 23 % at the optimum conditions can be achieved when the raw ore with A/ S 3.05.
