摘  要:活性硅酸钙是高铝粉煤灰提取氧化铝过程中产生的硅副产品,其产品比重轻、比表面积大、吸水性强,具有良好的吸附和活性,但在生产过程中活性硅酸钙滤饼含水率极高,对后序的烘干或运输带来了极大的难题;本文通过表面活性剂的开发、选择更适合的过滤设备两方面着手,分别考察了表面活性剂种类、添加量、循环次数、过滤机选型、过滤参数对活性硅酸钙滤饼含水率的影响,开发出了活性硅酸钙强化脱水工艺,可将活性硅酸钙滤饼的含水量从72%降低到60%以下,并降低了滤饼中的附碱含量,可在大规模工业生产中推广应用。Activated silicate calcium is by - products that alumina is extracted from fly ash with high aluminum, which has features with light denslty,larger specific surface area, high water absorption, good adsorption and activity, but filter cakes of activated silicate calcium with high moisture content are difficult to dry or transport. In this paper, from the development of surfactant and filtering devices, influences of surfactant species, added volume, cycle number, filter selection and filtering parameters on moisture content of activated silicate calcium are respectively investigated, the strengthen dehydration process of activated calcium silicate is developed, the moisture content of activated calcium silicate filter cakes can be reduced from 72% to 60%, and lower alkali content in cakes, which will apply in the large scale industrial production.
