摘  要:附聚是铝酸钠溶液中氢氧化铝颗粒最主要的长大方式,强烈影响产品强度,是影响氧化铝品质最重要的过程之一。本文以铝土矿浮选药剂中常用的捕收剂塔尔油作为添加剂,研究了其对过饱和铝酸钠溶液种分速率、附聚效率的影响,结果表明,浓度小于0.1g/L的塔尔油对过饱和铝酸钠溶液种分速率影响很小,但能强烈促进附聚过程,在添加量为0.1g/L的条件下,附聚效率由2.68上升到3.64。研究结果对于铝土矿浮选捕收剂选择及过饱和铝酸钠溶液的种分附聚添加剂的选择具有指导意义。The agglomeration is main growth pattern for A1 ( OH)3 particle size in sodium aluminate solution and affects the alumina quality. In this investi- gation, effects of tall oil on the seed precipitation rate and agglomeration efficiency of sodium aluminate solution are studied, which the tall oil is taken as additive. Result showed that less than 0.1 g/L tall oil has little effect on seed precipitation of supersaturated sodium aluminate solution, intensively strengthen agglomeration process, the agglomeration efficiency is from 2.68 to 3.64 under 0.1 g/L addition. The investigation results will have a guiding significance for selection of bauxite flotation collector and seed precipitation agglomeration additive.
