摘  要:针对某厂300kA大修电解槽进行节能改造,以提高电解槽的磁流体稳定性作为突破口,应用铝电解槽磁流体稳定技术及新式阴极钢棒结构,大幅度减低水平电流;根据新式阴极钢棒结构电解槽的特点,通过电-热仿真模型,优化设计保温型内衬结构。改造后的电解槽与传统槽相比,槽平均电压降低90mV,电流效率提高1.08%,吨铝直流电耗降低420kWh。This article focuses on energy conservative modification of 300kA relined pot in an aluminum smelter so as to improve MHD (magnetohydrodynamics) stability of pots. In this modification, MHD stability technology and new type of steel collector bar structure are adopted in pots to significantly lower horizontal current; electrothermal simulation model is used to optimize heat insulation lining structure based on characteristics of pots adopting new type of steel collector bar structure. After modification, comparing with the traditional pot, average voltage drop decreases of such pot by 90mV and current efficiency increases by 1.08% and DC power consumption per ton aluminum decreases by 420kWh.
