摘　　要：本文以案例为基础,通过对商业银行信息技术风险进行分析探讨,提出商业银行信息技术风险的管理策略,包括对商业银行信息技术风险管理的要素进行解析以及建立相应的管理机制。Based on the case involving in this essay thorough study has been done in order to analyze the in formation technology risk of commercial bank. A prac tical management strategy of commercial bank informa tion technology has been put forward, including essen tial components and corresponding management mecha nism.
