摘　　要：本文在文献回顾的基础上,对总部金融的概念进行了界定,概括了总部金融运作的三种模式。在此基础上,构造了数理模型,证明了总部金融的存在;而后通过经验事实对总部金融效应及其对金融市场与货币政策的影响进行了分析;最后提出政策建议。On the basis of literature review, this article defines headquarters finance and its three different patterns. On this basis, the article constructs a mathematical model to prove the existence of headquarters finance, analyzes the effect of headquarters finance and its impact on finan-cial market as well as monetary policy, and finally proposes policy suggestions.
