摘  要:复合材料整体化结构中,胶接是主要的连接方法。对于碳纤维/双马树脂复合材料,双马胶膜与其的匹配性比环氧胶膜好。采用T700/QY9611制取试件,针对复合材料整体化结构中典型盒段类壁板T结构单元,开展采用双马胶膜J299和环氧胶膜J116B制取的整体化结构试件的拉脱和侧弯试验;开展平板的单搭接和双搭接剪切试验。试验结果表明分别采用J299和J116B制取T型试件的拉脱/侧弯承载能力和试验数据分散性差别均不大;J299胶膜单搭接剪切强度均高于J116B,同时比J116B的试验数据分散性小。综合分析试验结果可知,J299胶膜的力学性能优于J116B。Adhesive bonding is the main method of composites integral structures.Compatibility feature of bismaleimide resin J299 with carbon fiber/bismaleimide resin composite is better than epoxy resin J116B.Composite integral T-shaped joint specimen is made of T700/QY9611,including J299 joints and J116B joints.Tests are carried out including T-shaped joint pull-off test and Lateral Bend test,single-lap joint test and double-lap joint test.T-shape joint capability made of J299 and J116B is very close showing from pull-off test and Lateral Bend test.But single-lap joint and double-lap joint test result show that shear capability of J299 is better outstanding than J116B.
