摘  要:以改性麦饭石为载体,以亚氯酸钠、固体酸为主剂,制备出一种能够依靠环境湿度释放二氧化氯的新型固体二氧化氯消毒剂,并考察了麦饭石添加量、活化温度,各种添加剂以及环境湿度对二氧化氯释放速率的影响。结果表明添加麦饭石能使释放速率峰值明显降低,消除暴释现象,使后期释放速率变大,增强后期的杀菌效果;对麦饭石进行活化可以增强其吸附能力,最佳活化温度为100℃;添加一定量的硫酸镁、氯化钙和高吸水性树脂,均能使释放速率得到较好的控制;相对湿度越小,二氧化氯的释放越平缓。Modified Medical Stone is used as the carrier,sodium chlorite and solid acid as the main component,to produce solid chlorine dioxide,which can release chlorine dioxide slowly rely on environmental humidity.The chlorine dioxide releasing regularity under different conditions was measured and analyzed.The results showed that,by adding Medical Stone,the chlorine dioxide peak value of releasing velocity can be reduced and the phenomenon of violent release of chlorine dioxide can be eliminated.Besides,more chlorine dioxide was released on later to kill bacteria effectively.When Medical Stone are activated at 100 ℃,it controlled releasing velocity better.The releasing velocity can be better controlled by adding assistant reagent of magnesium sulfate,calcium chloride and Super Absorbent Polymer; Chlorine dioxide released more gently with the decrease of the humidity.
