摘  要:20Cr2Ni4A具有高强度、高韧性等特点,一直被广泛用于加工大型耐磨件,如大型齿轮、轴类等耐磨件。为了延长其使用寿命,常采用渗碳技术进行表面处理,但所取得的效果很有限。通过研究20Cr2Ni4A钢分别经渗碳、渗纳米金刚石微粉处理后,观察其硬度、耐磨性方面的提升幅度,并分析其微观组织结构方面发生的变化,从而得出,渗纳米金刚石技术比渗碳对提高该材料的耐磨性能更加显著,从而为该材料的表面改性及提高易磨损零件的使用寿命提供了一条可靠的途径。The 20Cr2Ni4A possesses the characteristics of high strength, high toughness and has been widely used in processing large wear parts, such as the large gear, shaft, wear-resistant parts. In order to prolong its service life, it often uses carburizing technology for surface treatment, but the effect obtained is limited. It studys the 20Cr2Ni4A steel by carburizing, permeability of nano diamond powder processing, observes the increase of hard- ness, wear resistance, and analyzes the changes of microstructure, so it concludes that the permeability of nano diamond is more significant than carburizing technology to improve wear resistance of the material, and it provides a reliable way for the surface modification of the material and improves the service life of the easy wearing parts.
