摘  要:在高功率激光近场光束质量的测量中,光楔起着重要的作用。针对聚焦光束近场质量的测量须满足大倍率衰减和共轭测量的要求,提出"大角度成对使用光楔并利用90°石英旋光片"的测量方法,并通过实验验证了该方法能真实地测量出近场光束质量。这种测量方法对于近场光束质量尤其是聚焦光束近场质量的测量具有参考价值。Cuneiform prism plays an important role in the measurement of near-field beam quality of high-power laser beam. Based on the requirement of intense attenuation and conjugate measurement of near-field beam quality of focused beam, experimental results have confirmed that with the action of 90°quartz rotator the measurement of near-field beam quality can be conducted through cuneiform prisms sampling the incident laser beam in large an- gle. This result offers a reference to value the measurement of near-field beam quality of laser beam, especially to that of focused laser beam.
