摘 要:为提高脱油沥青反应活性,采用热处理工艺对其进行了处理,并对处理前后脱油沥青的性质进行了分析比较,采用FT-IR和1H-NMR对其官能团和分子结构变化进行了考察,。在对甲基苯磺酸催化下与交联剂对苯二甲醇反应制备了改性沥青。研究表明,脱油沥青在热处理过程中发生了热裂解反应,热处理后的脱油沥青芳香分、胶质含量增加,沥青质含量降低,残炭率升高,软化点降低,芳香氢含量增加,反应活性提高。改性沥青具有较高的残炭率和β树脂含量,由其制备的石墨复合材料具有良好的机械性能。In order to enhance the reaction activity of de-oiled aspalt ( DOA), preheat treatment technique was applied to DOA. Properties of DOA before and after heat treatment were investigated. The changes on functional- group and molecular structure of DOA before and after heat treatment were studied using FT-IR and H-NMR. Modi- fied asphalt was synthesized from heat treated DOA(DOAHT) by employing '1,4-benzene dimethanol as cross-link- ing agent in the presence of P-toluene sulfonic acid. The results show that thermal cracking reaction was happened during heat treatment. After the preheat treat, the amounts of aromatic and resin fractions increased, while that of asphaltene decreased. Increase also can be found in carbon residue, aromatic hydrogen content and the activity, and decrease can be found in the softening point. Modified in. The composites prepared from modified asphalt possess asphalt has higher contents of carbon residue and β res- good mechanical properties.
