摘  要:低表面能防污涂料具有表面能低、污损生物难以附着或附着不牢、易于脱落等优点,是无毒防污涂料的一个重点发展方向。以自制的双组分FPA/SPU低表面能防污涂料为基材,通过添加不同种类、不同黏度的硅油,制备了7种不同类型的硅油渗出型防污涂层。利用实验室手段对涂层的接触角、附着力、耐化学品性能、硬度及表面断面形貌进行了检测,通过静态实海挂板研究了涂层的防污性能。结果表明,硅油的添加有利于涂层防污性能的提高,硅油的种类和黏度大小对涂层的防污性能产生较大的影响,其中苯甲基硅油(255—150)的作用效果最佳。Low surface energy antifouling coatings are one of the most important development directions of non- toxic antifouling coatings for it is difficult for the fouling organisms to attach, or the attachment is not strong and easy to fall off. Seven different types of silicone exudative antifouling coatings were prepared by adding different types of silicone oils into the two-component FPA-SPU low surface energy antifouling coatings. The contact angle, adhesion, chemical resistance, coating hardness and the surface and cross-section morphology were investigated in the laboratory, and the antifouling properties were investigated by the real sea peg board test. The results showed that the silicone oil can improve the antifouling properties. The type and viscosity of the silicone oil have a greater impact on the antifouling properties, and one of the phenylmethyl silicone oil , 255 - 150. is the best.
