摘 要:大孔洞率、高粉煤灰掺量的蒸压钢纤维砌块的保温隔声性能良好、废物利用率高。试验研究了孔洞率为35%、粉煤灰掺量为50%和钢纤维体积率为0.6%的蒸压砌块和砌体的抗压强度和破坏形态。试验结果表明,在蒸压粉煤灰砌块中掺加钢纤维后,能够限制裂缝的开展和延伸,砌块的破坏形态呈现出裂而不散的特征;砌体的破坏呈现出压酥剥落破坏形态,抗压强度值提高了10.7%,初裂荷载能够达到破坏荷载的56.8%~70.5%。Steel fiber reinforced autoclaved block with large void ratio and high content of fly ash gets fine heat preservation and sound insulation performance, and it has a high utilization of industrial waste. Autoclaved block with void ratio of 35% , fly ash content of 50% and steel fiber content of 0. 6% (in volume) and its masonry were investigated by compressive test and its compressive strength and failure pattern were also studied. The results showed that adding steel fiber in autoclaved fly ash block could prevent crack developing and extending, and failure mode of block showed a characteristics of crack and no loose. Moreover, stripping failure was present in compres- sion test of masonry. The compressive strength of masonry increased by 10. 7% and initial cracking load reached a- bout of 56. 8% N 70. 5% of its failure load.
