摘　　要：目的:探讨体外循环热灌注化疗的手术护理配合体会及要点。方法:回顾我院2010年3月至2013年10月间,晚期肺癌伴胸水患者11例行体外循环灌注热化疗手术护理配合情况。结果:顺利完成11例患者手术配合,患者术中生命体征平稳,保温措施应用得当,术后效果显著,其中7例至今无胸水复发。结论:体外循环灌注热化疗手术,是一种有效治疗恶性胸腔积液的手段,可提高患者的生存质量。充分的术前准备,有效的术中配合与保温措施、严密的病情观察,保证了手术的顺利进行。Objective：To investigate the treatment of malignant pleural effusion by cardiopulmonary bypass perfusion.Methods：Reviewing 11 cases of advanced lung cancer patients with pleural effusion cured by cardiopulmonary bypass perfusion thermo-chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2010 to October 2013.Resuits：Successful completion of the surgery in 11 patients with stable vital signs of,of which seven cases so far no recurrence of pleural effusion.Conclusion：Cardiopulmonary bypass perfusion thermo-chemotherapy surgery is an effective treatment for malignant pleural effusion,can improve the quality of life of patients.Adequate preoperative preparation,intraoperative effective cooperation and close observation of the condition to ensure the smooth progress of surgery.
