中药制剂薄盖灵芝对阿霉素肾病模型作用的实验研究

摘　　要：肾小球疾病的发病机理十分复杂,且目前尚缺乏较满意的治疗方法,进一步探索其发病机理、寻找新的治疗方法一直是人们研究的重要课题。近年来,随着自由基化学与自由基分子生物学的发展。We studied the effect of the ganoderma lucidum (GL)on the nephrotic syndrome induced by adriamycin. The urinary excretion of protein was increased significantly in the adriamycin model. The GL significantly suppressed protein in urinary excretion. The serum and renal malondialdehyde (MDA)level in the model group were significantly higher than that in the GL group. There was less severe glomerular morphologic changes in the GL group. From these results, we propose that the therapeutic effects of GL may contribute to its ability to scavenge free radicals and inhibit lipid hydroperoxidation.
