速凝剂对水泥注浆材料性能的影响

摘　　要：通过对比试验研究了速凝剂对水泥浆凝结时间、各龄期抗压强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:速凝剂能缩短水泥浆凝结时间,提高水泥浆早期强度,却降低水泥浆后期强度;速凝早强剂能缩短水泥浆凝结时间,提高水泥浆各龄期强度;速凝剂和速凝早强剂一定比例联合使用比单掺效果好。Effects of accelerating agent on curing time and strength of cement grout were studied through comparing test.The test results showed that accelerating agent could shorten curing time,increase the early strength,but reduce the later strength of cement grout; rapid solidification early strength agent could shorten curing time,increase the strength of all age of cement grout; adding proper amount of accelerating agent and rapid solidification early strength agent could acquire better result than single adding.
