摘 要:近年来,植入起搏器的患者日益增多,而随访负担也随之日益加重。远程监测技术在现代起搏器中的应用应运而生,远程监测技术可以减少不必要的随访,及时发现心律失常及起搏器功能障碍,及早制定医疗策略,减少随访时间及工作量,降低随访费用,远程监测技术在随访及优化患者管理中扮演的角色越来越重要,不可或缺。Recently, pacemakers are more commonly used. The follow-up procedures are becoming more and more challenging. Reg- ular follow-up procedures at the out-patient are time and cost consuming and remote monitoring functions in the pacemakers are emerging. It reduces unnecessary follow-up, making the detections of arrhythmias and pacemaker dysfunction much earlier. More importantly it makes medical strategies applying to patients on time. Besides, it reduces the time and burden of follow-up dramatically. Remote monitoring tech- nology plays an important role in follow-up and optimizing the management of patients, which makes it indispensable.
