摘　　要：随着现代抗栓治疗策略的不断改善,急性冠状动脉综合征患者发生缺血事件的概率显著降低,但同时出血风险也相应增加。因此,需临床医师对急性冠状动脉综合征患者进行出血类型的鉴别并全面评估出血风险以更有效地处理出血事件。With the improving of modern antithrombotic treatment strategies, acute coronary syndrome risk of ischemic events in pa- tients decreased significantly, but also increase risk of bleeding. Therefore, we need clinicians to identify patients with acute coronary syn- drome hemorrhage type and bleeding risk comprehensive evaluation to more effectively deal with bleeding events.
