摘  要:目的:设计一种用于便携式经皮神经电刺激治疗仪的波形发生器,可以直接连接作用于人体部位的电极片。方法:由低功耗控制器芯片STM32L152RB内部的DAC编程产生波形,采用由音频放大芯片LM4871组成的功率放大电路放大波形功率,利用三抽头输入变压器对波形进行双极性变换和电压放大。结果:实现了对频率范围为7。320Hz的波形进行功率放大、双极性变换以及电压放大,输出波形峰峰值为0~70V。结论:该波形发生器具有低功耗、便携式、安全隔离、频率和幅值软件控制等优点,能够输出一定频率任意组合的波形,为治疗波形的研究提供了良好的硬件平台。Objective To design a waveform generator for portable transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation device, which can be connected with the electrodes directly on parts of the body. Methods The waveform was generated by the internal DAC pro- gramming of low-power-consumption controller chip STM32L152RB, and was amplified by the circuit with audiofrequency am- plifier chip LM4871, and then underwent bipolar conversion and voltage amplification by a triple stub input transformer. Results The waveforms with the frequencies ranging from 7 to 320 Hz could be processed with power amplification, bipolar conversion and voltage amplification, with the wave peak values between 0 and 70 V. Conclusion The waveform generator is portable, safely isolated and low-power-consumption, which can control the frequency and amplitude by software and output freely assembled waveforms with certain frequencies, and thus provides a hardware platform for studying therapeutic waveform.
