摘 要:目的:针对骨科手术中螺钉难以取出的问题,研制一种快速接骨板螺钉取出器。方法:通过制作定位器、特制钻头和取钉器,组成一套接骨板螺钉取出装置。定位器可以卡住接骨板的两侧,通过接骨板上旁边的螺丝孔对难以取出的螺钉进行准确定位。利用钻头对定位好的螺钉两侧钻出相应的凹槽,最后通过取钉器和凹槽的配合,快速有效地将螺钉取出。结果:临床使用效果良好,能够在不破坏骨质的情况下帮助医生取出通过常规手段难以取出的接骨螺钉。结论:该取出装置设计合理、快速高效,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To develop a removing device of bone screw for bone surgery. Metho~ The removing device consisted of a retainer, special drills and a screw remover. The device could clip on the two sides of the bone plate with the retainer, and located the screw through the screw eye. Then grooves were formed with the drills at both sides of the screw, finally the remover was used to extract the screw with the grooves. Results Clinical trials proved that the device could remove the screw difficult for conven- tional means, without any harm to bone matrix. Conclusion The device is reliable and effective, and thus is worth popularizing clinically.
