摘　　要：目的:调查某省三甲医院超声科使用超声诊断设备的总体情况,为国内超声诊断设备技术方面的发展方向和产品开发提供依据。方法:运用典型调查的方法对某省13所三甲医院超声科2012年的配置及使用情况进行调查,并采用Excel、Minitab软件对其进行分析研究。结果:某省13所三甲医院的设备配置中,进口超声诊断设备占主导地位;国产超声和进口超声之间的技术差异最突出的是彩色成像的质量和系统可靠性。结论:国产超声已基本具备进口彩超的功能,但在技术上尚存在一些不足,质量与系统可靠性方面还有待提高。Objootive To assess the current status of diagnostic ultrasound devices used in grade 3 class A hospitals in some province, and to provide references for the development of ultrasound imaging techniques in China. Methods Survey question- naires were distributed to and collected from thirteen hospitals. The survey data were summarized by Microsoft Excel and ana- lyzed by 2-sample Poisson Rate function of Minitab. Rotntl Exported devices achieved a dominant position, and gained advan- tages over domestic ones in quality of colorful imaging and system reliability. Collusion Domestic ultrasonic devices have made great progresses, while have to be improved for the quality and system reliability .
