2种生化检测系统电解质结果比对分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨OLYMPUS AU2700生化分析仪和越华电解质分析仪对血浆电解质检测结果的可比性。方法:选择2013年2月至2013年3月符合标准的病例,分别采用OLYMPUS AU2700全自动生化分析仪和越华电解质分析仪对血浆中K+、Na+、Cl-的浓度进行检测,并将检测结果进行对比性分析。结果:经比对分析,得到回归方程:y=1.033 8x-0.158 7、y=0.952 4x+6.219 2、y=0.998 1x+0.758 5;2种电解质检测系统的K+、Na+、Cl-的相关系数(r)分别为0.994 9、0.980 1、0.959 9。结论:OLYMPUS AU2700生化分析仪与越华电解质分析仪2种电解质检测系统的K+、Na+、Cl-具有良好的相关性。Objectiw To study the comparability of electrolyte analysis results by Olymbus Au2700 Biochemical Analyzer and Yuehua Electrolyte Analyzer. Methods The patients from February to March 2013 were selected, and were measured by the two analyzers for the contents of potassium, sodium and chloride in the blood. The measurements were compared and analyzed. The obtained regression equations were y=1.033 8x-0.158 7, y=0.952 4x＋6.219 2 and y=0.998 lx＋0.758 5, and the correlation coefficient （r） of the potassium, sodium and chloride between the two analyzers were 0.994 9, 0.980 1 and 0.959 9. Conclusion There is a high correlation between the measurements of potassium, sodium and chloride by Olymbus Au2700 Bio- chemical Analyzer and Yuehua Electrolyte Analyzer.
