摘  要:目的:保障大型复合低压舱长期安全稳定地运行。方法:连续试运行115 d,发现大型复合低压舱存在水质及水管走向设计导致的异常、停电对实验舱的影响,电磁阀密封不严导致备用泵功能无法实现、通风量不合适等问题,并针对存在问题制定出了应对措施。结果:消除了水质和水管走向对制冷设备产生的破坏性隐患;备用泵功能的实现为实验舱安全运行提供了更为坚实的保障;通过远程控制,软件系统的保障能力得以提高;科学地计算通风量与实验动物数量之间的关系,解决了科学理论与实验舱操作和运用相结合的问题,既能延长实验舱的使用寿命,又能有效减小实验数据误差。结论:大型复合低压舱运行的安全性、科学性、稳定性和实验结果的准确性得到进一步提高。Objective To explore the safe and stable operation of large composite hypobaric chamber. Methods Trial operation in 115 days showed the chamber had the defects of power failure by water quality or pipeline alignment, unqualified reserve pump due to incompletely sealed electromagnetic valve, improper ventilation quantity and etc. Some countermeasures were put forward accordingly, Results The chamber was improved from the aspects of refrigeration equipment threatened by water quality and pipeline alignment, reserve pump, software system based on remote control, and ventilation quantity related to the amounts of experiment animals. The service life of the chamber was prolonged, and the experimental data errors were reduced. Conclusion The safety, reliability and stability as well as the accuracy of the experimental results are all enhanced greatly.
